What I Eat
Being a full time, working student I tend to typically eat the same foods everyday with that being said they are convenient and quick for me to make. Eating healthy is usually one of the hardest things for people to stick too, not only is nutrition a bit complicated, but it differs for every.. single.. person! So what I eat in a day will not and should not be the same for you, so don't eat it just cause I did. I am also a very small human lol. Something that has changed my life is listening to my body, and what I mean by that is when I ate a certain food and it made me feel "icky" I started to acknowledge that. Many individuals live with food intolerance and don't address it, but I was sick of being sick, ya know? Don't ignore your body, it's not normal to feel bloated, cramping or to be running to the bathroom after meals.
