Cassie Kujawa: Hi there, I am a student at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, currently 22 years old and have a passion for fitness and health. I was being asked a lot of questions through social media so I figured I'd start a blog about my fitness journey and my lifestyle. Thanks for following my journey.
